Flotation vests "Modul" combine advantages of ballistic and life vests. This line of vests is designed to protect back, chest and stomach vitals against ballistic weapons, fragments and to keep a body on water surface. They can be incorporated with protective inserts made of steel or polyaramid fabric ensuring different levels of protection unaffected by sea or fresh water. Ballistic vests "Modul" were successfully certified in TNO Prins Maurits laboratory (Netherlands) in June 2002.

provided with either steel or soft armor protective inserts;
removable "Collar" can be used for additional ballistic protection and extra buyoancy;
supplimented with a set of removable retroreflective shoulder stripes or a signal beacon, powered by water activated battery.

- Permanent buoyancy (from 60 to 100 N) allows a man with weapons and ammunition to float on water surface for a long time.
- inflatable life preserver is availabe at request.
